Co-founded AkakAI, an AI infrastructure startup that closed $1.5M in pre-seed funding. Built Aegent — a no-code autonomous AI agent platform where agents listen to real-world triggers and act through integrations like email, Slack, databases, and more. Designed and developed the full platform: agent builder, community integration library, cron and email listeners, live thread monitoring, and an evaluation framework for agent runs.

Founded and built a full-stack volunteer management platform that gamifies community service through territory mechanics and live world maps. Built off of my experience running volunteer operations at Plano East NHS and developing Service Hub — applied those lessons to grow the platform to 10,000 new volunteer hours, raising the total from 30,000 to 40,000 through competitive territory mechanics and live global leaderboards. Architected all systems end-to-end — from database schema and API design to frontend territory rendering and QR-based event management.

Elected through popular vote to serve as Vice President and lead a full restructuring of the organization as volunteer numbers were on an exponential decline. Implemented new systems, outreach initiatives, and engagement strategies that reversed the decline and brought volunteer hours to the highest levels since the chapter's founding in 2017 — increasing total hours by 10,000 and bringing in 300+ new volunteers, growing the chapter to 1,100 total members for the year.

Architected and developed a full-stack portal system to streamline volunteer management for the largest NHS chapter in the nation, serving 1,000+ active members. Built automated workflows for event registration, hour tracking, and member verification. Designed an intuitive dashboard enabling officers to coordinate large-scale community service initiatives.

Developed an AI-powered analytics dashboard to provide real-time insights into customer service operations. Built an intelligent agentic assistant leveraging natural language processing to handle customer support inquiries. Collaborated with a team of interns to deploy both solutions to production, integrating machine learning models for predictive analytics.

Engineered autonomous control systems and computer vision algorithms for competitive robotics in the FIRST Tech Challenge. Developed real-time path planning and sensor fusion systems to optimize robot performance during matches. Implemented telemetry dashboards for live robot diagnostics and performance monitoring during competitions.
